Promotion Opportunities

GP Future

GP Future has been widening it's network of contacts within the sport recently. We are very keen to speak to riders in the 125cc classes, especially younger riders, who we see as the best chance for a sustainable British presence and future. In order for others to know about you, it is imperative that you are promoted to those with influence. GP Future would like to help in this regard.

Whilst we are not a management organisation or PR men, we particularly want to help promote younger riders. A number of people have shown interest in this website and the aims of GP Future. They are also interested in finding out about more riders. However, if we are going to succeed in helping to raise riders' profiles, those riders need to let the world know about them. To that end, we want more riders to contact us and get into the Rider Showcase page.

An important feature of the GP Future website is the Showcase page. In this section, riders have the opportunity to promote themselves either via a link to their own site or, if they have no personal site, a link to a CV page within the GP Future website. An example of one of our internal sites can be found here.

GP Future is happy to offer the following promotional services to riders or teams:

  1. If you already have a website, we would like to add a link into our Rider Showcase page.

  2. We have a Facebook and a Facebook Group page, where we would be delighted to see you.

  3. We've learned to tweet (oh, please) on Twitter (sort of). Whilst it won't help promote you, it will let you know what we're up to. Find us here.

  4. We believe that all riders should be able to give potential sponsors proper, professionally presented information to encourage them to be come actual sponsors. The most basic form that this should take is the promotional flyer. We have discussed a number of styles and have come up with a simple layout that will give a rider the template to create his or her own. We will be happy to create the flyer for you, at no cost, should you wish. If you are interested, please contact

For riders with no website, we can offer two other options:

  1. A simple, CV-type entry posted on the GP Future Showcase page. This would include information about you, photos and sponsor/contact details. For this, we will need some written details of yourself, a couple of photographs, the race series you will be competing in and any experience to date. As a simple entry within the GP Future site, this service is offered completely free of charge. Please use our application form, which you can download from the site via the link below.

  2. A complete, standalone website with a ".com" or ".co.uk" address. This option will also allow you to create unlimited email addresses which will help to promote a more professional front. We will, of course, also put a link in the GP Future Showcase page. This option has minor costs associated with it but we'll be happy to discuss them with you. Remember; we are not doing this to profit from riders. We make no money at all from creating any sites. The charge simply covers the costs incurred to set up and maintain a website. Please feel free to for more details.

We have created a simple application form for riders to use if they want to be added to the Showcase and, although it will probably develop, it lays out all the information we require. You can download a copy of the form by right-clicking the image and selecting
"Save Target As..." (IE) or "Save Link as..." (Firefox)
